CE Statements and Disclosures

Each session has its own page -- which you'll access from the various agendas and session listings on this site. Each session page has a series of tabs. The "CE Credit and Disclosures" tab lists detailed credit available for each session, both live and on-demand. The "Contents" tab is where you'll enter/view the session and where you will also find the attestation, post-test, and certificates referred to below.

How to Get Certificates [UPDATED]

In order to ensure that the event platform is pulling accurate credit certificates, attendees should request an individual certificate for each session attended/viewed, either live or recorded (except as noted here).

  • NASW for social workers: On each session, complete the component that asks you to 'claim credit'. Your certificate will be emailed to you after the live meeting.
  • ACPE for pharmacists: On each session, complete the component that asks you to 'claim credit' and the component to submit your NABP ID #. ACHA will report your credit for upload to CPE Monitor described in ACPE Instructions, Credit Reporting.
  • AAFP for family physicians: ACHA does not issue certificates or report credit. See AAFP Instructions, Credit Reporting.
Tips
  • When selecting to Print certificates, select "PDF" from your list of printers (if available on your computer) to save certificates as files.
  • Your certificate will be available through this event platform until June 1, 2022. You can return anytime to collect them all.
Alternatively, and beyond June 2022, certificates are available all in one place in the ACHA Education Center. Visit http://education.acha.org, login using the same credentials you use to access this event platform, click on "My Dashboard" in the sidebar, then click on "Transcripts".
ACHA will keep certificate records on file for 6 years should you need assistance.

Things to Know

Each accrediting body has different requirements and some of the policies for awarding credit for virtual learning versus in-person learning have added complexity to this year's processes. Here are some things to note:

  • The available credit may not be the same for a particular session if attended live versus viewing it on-demand. Please check the session's "CE Credit and Disclosures" tab carefully. Both live and on-demand credits available are listed.
  • Credits for recorded sessions that are listed as TBD will be addressed post-meeting when all required application materials are available. Announcement of credit will not be available until mid-late July.
