This interactive think tank is designed for professionals seeking to advance into senior leadership roles in health and well-being within higher education. Through dialogue, shared insights, and networking, participants will explore the evolving leadership landscape and identify personal strategies for growth and readiness.

Agenda

  • Welcome & Framing: Set the tone, connect participants, and frame the goals of the session.
  • The Evolving Landscape of Well-being Leadership: Hear from current Chief Wellness Officer and/or AVP about how executive leadership in well-being is changing and what competencies are critical for success.
  • Career Pathways & Preparation: Learn from a small panel of leaders about their journeys, lessons learned, and advice for aspiring executives.
  • Think Tank Breakouts: Engage with peers in small groups to discuss your own leadership pathways, skill gaps, and opportunities to expand influence on your campus.
  • Collective Insights & Emerging Themes: Reconvene to share takeaways and reflect on common themes in the next generation of campus well-being leadership.
